Multi platform subscription is useless. Works on original device only. Very frustrating. Fails to log in on other devices that already have the freedome app installed. You never get a product key which would solve a lot of issues. I have used freedome for years and have always had a good experience. Not sure what is going on now. Very disappointed.

I just noticed for the first time that you responded to my earlier 1 star review with a request for me to contact your office. Sorry it took so long to see it. Willing to give you a 5 after one more issue is resolved: my other devices get covered. Other problems appear to have been corrected. Thanks. I know that the VPN is working because when I use a foreign VPN location I get ads and search results, in part, from that country. The connections are now more stable and last longer.

Hi, Multi-platform subscriptions of FREEDOME are available through our web pages at https://freedome.f-secure.com/. Subscriptions made through Google Play Store are only for the Android devices registered to the same Google Play account. --Tapio/Freedome team

F-Secure's VPN service appears satisfactory but their Freedome VPN mobile application can result in significant battery drain, logged as 84% battery usage since the last full charge where I'm left at ~1% battery remaining while trying to write a review. I couldn't finish writing this on my first attempt, between 2% to 0%, before my phone shutdown. This is in Android 9, with the latest, at the time of writing, security patch dated 2019-03-05, on a ~2018Q3-built Essential Phone, model PH-1 (mata).

Hi, We're working on optimizing the battery usage. FREEDOME seems to use more battery on some devices than the others. In general, 3G/4G connections consume more battery than WiFi, especially with weak signal. You could also try to set App Security to work only with WiFi (swipe down the FREEDOME screen to get to settings). --Tapio/Freedome team
